1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- Timeframe for Returns: Returns must be initiated within 30 calendar days from the date you received your order. After this period, we will not be able to process returns or exchanges.
- Condition of Items: Items must be in original, unused, and unaltered condition. Products must be returned with their original packaging, including dust bags, tags, and any other accessories or paperwork that came with the item.
- Non-Returnable Items: Personalized or customized items, as well as sale or final clearance items, are not eligible for return. These exclusions will be clearly stated on the product page.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt, order confirmation email, or invoice must be provided when initiating the return or refund request.
2. How to Initiate a Return or Refund
To begin the return process, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Send an email to info@decortopic.click with your order number and the reason for the return. Our customer service team will assist you with the process and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number if your return request is approved.
- Return Shipping: Once approved, you will need to ship the item(s) back to us. Please use a trackable shipping method and retain your shipping receipt for reference. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged items).
- Return Address: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return address to send the product back.
3. Refund Processing
Once we receive the returned item and confirm its condition, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued in the original payment method used during the purchase.
- Refund Timeframe: Refunds typically take 7-14 business days to process, depending on your payment provider. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
- Restocking Fees: In some cases, a restocking fee of up to 10% may apply if the item has been used or is returned without the original packaging or tags.
4. Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us immediately. We will provide you with a pre-paid return label to send the product back, and we will either replace the item or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.
5. Exchanges
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return the original item and place a new order for the desired product. Please follow the instructions above for initiating a return.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
